I have started to get the following error today:
During the algorithm initialization, the following exception has occurred: Error getting cash balance from brokerage: BinanceBrokerage.StartSession: request failed: [451] , Content: { "code": 0, "msg": "Service unavailable from a restricted location according to 'b. Eligibility' in https://www.binance.com/en/terms. Please contact customer service if you believe you received this message in error."}, ErrorMessage: BinanceBrokerage.StartSession: request failed: [451] , Content: { "code": 0, "msg": "Service unavailable from a restricted location according to 'b. Eligibility' in https://www.binance.com/en/terms. Bincance support said they are no longer working with US IPs and that is why Quantconnect live algo can't connect.
Could someone please tell - is Quantconnect still able to work with Binance?

Well, I think its pretty clear that no US-based server can work with Binance anymore.
It would be nice if QuantConnect would have different server locations for a number of reasons, and I'd love to know if they are planning it, but right now I am guessing you have only 2 options:

Yeah, though it would be great to hear official Quantconnect position since Binance is the biggest crypto exchange.
Would be great to know if they are aware of the issue or if there is a plan to either abandon Binance support or if they are going to work on that. I haven't seen any posts or warnings from Quantconnect about it.
Basically it would be easier for me to go to a different exchange if Quantconnect abandons Binance and I still want my algos to run here. I guess it is easier than setting up LEAN by myself.

Got the response from Quantconnect:
We are aware of the issue.
QuantConnect's servers are located in the USA, and Binance has changed its location rules with short notice.
We have a solution for this restriction and we will try our best to put it into production within a week.
