If you are trying to use BootCamp and have existing projects in the other language you need to delete the existing C#/Python projects from your project list to make it work as expected. These projects are saved under the bootcamp folder "/BootCamp/....".

I tried deleting all projects in bootcamp folder but still can't change the language
