Hi all. I finally built a machine learning model that has acceptable error and I want to build a strategy based on its predictions. It is on EURUSD 1H timeframe. I have experience in python but any algo trading I have done has been on Metatrader. I have watched some 3rd party quantopian tutorials but I haven't found similar tutorials for quantconnect. Anyone who can point me to the right direction?

Try the Bootcamp in the Algorithm Lab at first.
check then the free sample algos provided by Quantconnect (when you click on the community tab on the right are the links to github)
and of course read the documentation !!!!! to the end :)
(Jared Broad google found your pretty tutorial you are working on. please add some info with "HOW TO START" with QC..... why Bootcamp and so on....a good python or C# youtube link for beginners maybe.)

Thanks for the answer. I did the bootcamp and checked the templates. But still not sth solid. Is there any course or sth?

hmm you could go throug some examples posted by members.
depends what you want to do of course.
there are one udemy only course if you want to pay for that.

On udemy I have found only one on crypto which is fine but on C#. I write in python. Which one(s) were you refering to? I don't mind paying

Jared Broad the tutorial you have there is pretty good stuff. why haven't you post it somewhere in the community forum on the right or in the main navigation menu at the top.
When someone joins your QC community should land on the first HOW TO START site with some infos in the tutorial section......

Hi Georgios,
I definitely recommend starting with our Documentation and Tutorials after finishing the Bootcamp, and looking at/testing the example algorithms is extremely helpful. With these, you can start to play around with changing parameters, adding new features, etc. to practice coding and getting familiar with the QuantConnect API. Once you get started on the Machine Learning algorithm, feel free to post in the forum and the community will help debug any issues that might crop up and offer advice!
