How would i go about doing a varimax rotation on my pca? I am using python and am getting little documentation to do the research.

Hi Marc,
Thank you for your question. I would recommend you check out this page where contains lots of PCA-related information. For your question, I suggest using the fit_transform() function to fit the model with your exposures data frame and apply the dimensionality reduction on it. Then, the first column of the transformed data frame would be the data derived from the varimax rotation. Hope it helps!
