Help Debugging Custom Imported Data from Dropbox

The algorithm above is not importing the data properly from the Dropbox URL. To assist, I've attached a sample algorithm that successfully reads in the data and logs it. I have left the strategy logic unattended.

Some things to note when importing data:

• Dropbox URLs used as a data source should have the "?dl=1" parameter.
• Our documentation has several examples that we can adjust to import the Dropbox data provided.
• It is easier to import data from a CSV file when the file is formatted correctly. Viewing the data in the browser shows the A column really contains 3 separate pieces of data.

 I have tried to import data from dropbox. The data is a bit different than one of the templates and I have made changes. However, when I run, I do not get any logs. Before implementing any logic, I decided to check the data that I am importing.

 Following is a snippet where I have changed the template: Note: File Format.

Sorry I’m not able to open the file in your dropbox link to debug, but based on the current information, you may check if:

1. You’ve set the dropbox file has read right for anyone with the shared url
2. ”if not (line.strip() and line[0].isdigit()): return None” in this line, you’re returning None for rows since they aren’t start with a number.
3. The date format in datetime.strptime should be “%Y-%m-%d%H.%m”
4. There is data between the start and end time of the algorithm
