These files appear to be corrupt or missing. I didn't search all of them in the Data Explorer, but the ones that I did, did not exist.

Please note that many of those files correspond to holidays (New Year's Day, Christmas).
However, there are some missing files in the list, the ones from 2016-12-11 to 2016-12-15.

OANDA sometimes is open on new years and other times isn't. I'm not sure what their policy is now.

I just checked the raw data files from OANDA and the files corresponding to the holidays are not present.
We’ll ask OANDA about the missing files in the 2016-12-11 to 2016-12-15 range.
In the meantime, there is not much more we can do if the raw data is missing.
