Confirmed, the hour data file is corrupted and it only contains a few observation.
Also, the daily data file only contains data up to 2012-12-12.

There is only a known issue in raw data for the 2012-02-24, it generates the weird behavior in close and low prices for that day.
That issue was already reported to Oanda and we're waiting for their response.
