Does lean currently come with GUI support? Are there any instructions on how to set it up if it exists.

Hey QuantNinja,
LEAN doesn't currently have GUI support because we've discontinued the previous GUI, however we are working on a replacement. For now, you can use our back-test reports which have great graphs and diagrams that illuminate how well your algorithm works. As an alternative to the reports, you can also fetch the back-test results using the API and plot them.

Is there any timeline on when the new GUI support will be available for the desktop LEAN.

We were shooting for June but I guess this will be pushed back a few months as we added the organization layer instead. The organization layer should be shipped Tuesday.
