Hi,

The data between the mentioned dates for this GDX (VanEck Vectors Gold Miners ETF) symbol probably should not be there (i.e. there should be no data prior to 2006-05-22).

The data explorer mentions 2006-05-22 as start date, which seems correct comparing with other sources.

However, the daily data returns points prior to this, which can clearly corrupt analysis done ni backtesting when this symbol is in universe.
