What exactly do you mean by “what are the tick sizes and values”, maybe I'm missing something here so please explain further.
For the options bid and ask spread check out this documentation, it shows you how to access the options bid and ask, then for the spread you can do a simple subtraction and assign it to a variable or whatever other way that you prefer!;https://www.quantconnect.com/tutorials/introduction-to-options/quantconnect-options-api
