Is it possible to link additional brokers (e.g. LMAX, Integral or Hotspot) to Quantconnect?

If the brokerage has a good API its possible. We add brokerages slowly as we want to ensure each one is stable before proceeding. LMAX is often requested.
Ameritrade API requires you have a very large brokerage size account putting it out of reach for most people ($500k or more I think?).

I just finished talking to them on the phone and the account size can be any. I'm going to e-mail them now at apidev@tdameritrade.com to make sure though.

Just updating on TD -
There are two paths for submitting a request to the API. One is for Personal use and requires a TD Ameritrade account and the other is for Commercial development or for a product that will be released to the public. Could you please tell us which you would like to request approval for so that we may send you the request materials? If you are requesting individual access, see below:

- A TD Ameritrade account with either an account value of $500,000 or more OR 30 trades per quarter

I think the barrier to entry has come down Jud but we're looking for a consultant to do the implementation as the core team is incredibly busy at this time. For a solid C# engineer we're willing to pay for its development.Â
