I am new to Quantconnect and I am trying to figure these consolidators and the windows but it is not working
What am I doing wrong?

Did you review Bootcamp chapters about it? Also, in YouTube, there are some videos very useful.

Actually, I have gone through the reference, and it's still confusing.
Apparently, the consolidators and rolling window work but the rolling windows arent updatingÂ

Chibuike Azubuike : How far? I feel your pain, it's not too straightforward wrapping your head around it the first time.Â
Try working with a smaller example to fully understand how they work. I will second Edinson's suggestion, go through the bootcamp exercises. It's worth it.Â
Also for your consideration: you may get more help in the forums if you are explicit about your actual problem.
eg: writing "it is not working" <- tihs will not encourage anyone to dig into your code, find out what isn't working, troubleshoot, and help you.Â
Details are key. What is not happening that should be happening? Which line of code is faulty? What errors are you getting? etc etc.Â
