Hi Gee,
If you are saying you modified the source code of LEAN (the brokerage code in LEAN), you cannot easily inject that modification into the Docker image. Well you would need to read on Docker images and learn how to work with them. But this is not supported by QC. The goal behind providing a docker image of LEAN is to provide something known to be working, in a known good state, to users who want to work locally.
The usual way is to extend (inherit) the LEAN framework to adapt it to your preferences. For instance, you can create your own BuyingPowerModel and set it to the brokerage in your algo initialization. For more details on tweaking brokerage models, you can have a look here:
