I have deployed my trading strategy on quant connect node for live trading / paper trading; and now I edit the code of main.py file for this strategy, then would this current change on code of main.py take effect on the deployed trading?

Hi Frank,
I don't think so. If you change the code, you need to redeploy. I don't think the “hot” modification of live algos has been supported.
