It looks like the interface doesn't provide an option to unsubscribe from any non-free plan. Or it is well-hidden.
I tried to remove a subscription, and after pressing the "checkout" button, I got an error "Please add items to the cart first." Removing a payment method is also impossible.
I think it's unethical to deliberately complicate unsubscribing.

There is “Downgrade to free” button on billing page. You can also just email support in such cases, no need for bronze support seat.
