I just logged in today and found all my projects are missing - is anyone else seeing the same issue? I'm pretty sure (in fact, certain) that I didn't delete them by accident.

This seems to be some kind of server issue that occurs occasionally on their end. I've noticed it a couple of times in the past few months, including in the past 30 minutes similar to you. The projects always come back to the display - normally takes around 10 minutes.
