I have an IBKR Pro account with 2FA enabled on my phone (which works when I login to IBKR), but I never receive notifications on Sunday to reauthenticate. Then every Tuesday my algorithm gets this runtime error, which I'm assuming is due to it not reauthenticating 2FA. Any help would be appreciated.

Based on the information provided in the extracts, it seems that the issue you're experiencing might be related to the two-factor authentication (2FA) with Interactive Brokers (IBKR).
QuantConnect supports "Seamless Authentication 2FA", and partial-opt out login modes. If you're using Seamless Authentication, it should work, but it's impossible to assist further without live logs. If you're experiencing issues, you should submit your live issue with live logs attached to QuantConnect's private support for further assistance [source].
Also, it's important to note that once IBKR Mobile is activated, you can opt out of two-factor authentication for trading from Client Portal. Here are the steps to partially opt out of Two Factor authentication on Client Portal: Click Settings > User Settings >Security > Secure Login System > Secure Login required for trading.> Check the radio button "I Only want to use my Secure Login Device When logging into Account Management." and click Continue [source].
If you're still experiencing issues, it might be due to a version update from IBKR. There have been instances where IBKR updated its minimum version, causing connection issues for some clients. In such cases, QuantConnect usually provides a fix [source].
