This is probably the wrong place to file this, but I have no other recourse since I already sent two emails to quantconnect.com/contact, and several phone calls to +1 844-782-6826, without getting a single response from either facility.
 

I have two issues that need to be attended to urgently.

Issue #1:
I upgraded to Bronze, but my Contact Support page still has me listed as " one member with no support seats", so I am unable to access Support.

Issue #2:
I would like to retrieve an algorithm (Hyper-Active Tan Llama), which I accidentally deleted on Saturday evening.

Any help with these issues would be greatly appreciated.
