Hi
I want to know about lean cli. as of now I have read the documents and I know It is running on docker.
can you provide me an information that how lean cli broker works. Like I do not want to take use quantconnect cloud I want to use lean cli on my local PC and provide data from interactive broker and place order using interactive broker.
If I do So I do not require to take any subscription for quantconnect platform as QC is taking charges for using there cloud right?
Since I'm running on my local PC it is not related to QC it is related to Lean CLI.
So please provide me a guide how can I manage live data using Interactive broker.

You're correct that the Lean CLI is a tool that allows you to run the LEAN engine locally on your machine, and it does indeed run within a Docker container. You can use it to backtest and live trade your algorithms with data from and orders to Interactive Brokers.
Here's a step-by-step guide on how to start local live trading with the Interactive Brokers brokerage using Lean CLI:
lean live "<projectName>"to start a live deployment wizard for the project and then enter the brokerage number, 2.Please note that if you have an ARM M1 chip, you can't deploy a local live algorithm with the IB brokerage.
As for your question about QuantConnect subscriptions, you don't need a QuantConnect subscription to use the CLI. In fact, if you don't use the commands prefixed by "lean cloud" or "lean data download", you don't even need a QuantConnect account at all[^1^].

I got below error

The error message you're seeing suggests that there might be an issue with your Interactive Brokers (IB) account settings. The "ib-agent-description" is a parameter that describes the type of account you have with IB.
In the configuration file, you should have a line that looks something like this:
