Long-only daily strategy blending two engines so it stays invested in bull markets and defends in bears. No shorting and no borrowing - leveraged and inverse ETFs are only bought and total exposure stays under 100 percent - so it runs on a cash account. DEFENSE 70 percent - uses the S and P 500 200-day average. In uptrends it holds Nasdaq-100 QQQ and shifts to Treasuries TLT or gold GLD when overbought. In downtrends it rotates cash-like SHV bonds IEF gold GLD and mild inverse PSQ QID. A crash branch goes fully defensive when the Nasdaq 60-day return drops below minus 12 percent. OFFENSE 30 percent - reads the Nasdaq Composite from its 50 100 175 and 200-day averages plus VIX and sizes a 3x Nasdaq position TQQQ up to about 90 percent in strong trends scaled down when volatility rises. In a deep confirmed bear followed by a short bounce it flips to inverse 3x SQQQ. The two engines fall at different times so the blend is far smoother than either alone. Universe - QQQ TQQQ SQQQ SPY TLT IEF GLD SHV BSV QLD QID PSQ SMH plus Nasdaq proxy ONEQ and VIX. Daily rebalance.
