Trailing Stops Following use of "self.SetHoldings" for entry

Hello,

I am struggling to implement and adjust trailing stops which I can use to liquidate my portfolio holdings. In order to enter trades, I am using the self.SetHoldings method. Looking for either some assistance or good examples.

Thanks

Hi Harrison.

Trailing Stop-Order is not available as order type yet. Trailing Stop-Order type will be added soon to LEAN. Follow this issue on GitHub to track the progress.

However, it is possible to implement a "hack" using a market order to close your position if the price of a security drops below a user-defined trailing stop level. In the attached backtest,

I've demonstrated how to use a market order to close a position if the price of a security drops below a trailing stop level. Keep in mind that this "hack" is not equivalent to a Trailing Stop-Order.
