I added prints in the alpha file and I don't see them when running backtest.
am I doing something wrong?

The QC team might be able to give you a more complete answer as to why. If you want to print something to the console use self.Debug/algorithm.Debug, and if you would like to store something in the back test log file use self.Log/algorithm.Log
