I just notice Alpaca is no longer a choice for linking algos, when I check yesterday, so I am trying out IB. Do I need the $4.50 + $10.00 data subscritions. Plus, I not noticed you need appoval if you use leveraged ETFs which are in my algo universe. Is this all required?

Hi Steven, you can use QC's data feed and skip the IB data costs.Â
You'll still need to go through IB's approvals yes. Also, note you'll need IB Pro accounts to connect to the API.Â
