What are best practices for live deployment?
My suggestions:
1. Your algo should liquidate on exception.
2. Dollar cost averaging (e.g. start with $5,000, add 1,000 per week).
3. Run your algo in paper mode for several weeks.
What is the minimal capital and return to make the deployment profitable, considering the costs (QC server, data subscription)?
What are the considerations for broker selection?
If my algo trades stocks/ETFs - should I choose IB or Alpaca?
Does IB have no fee stock trading?
What are the considerations for data subscription?
Should I use free QC data, or should I use data from the broker?
