Not sure exactly what is wrong with my code here; hoping someone more familiar with the options logic in LEAN / QC can let me know what I've done wrong here.
I was expecting it to open some long calls, but it never seems to trade.

The Key of the option chain is Option Symbol rather than the Equity Symbol Value string. Please find the attached backtest as a reference.
