I`m trying to access the Algorithm Environment 3.0 but my browser stucks in the loading environment window. If I try to access to My Account to change selection to the previous version of the environment but it stucks in the same point. I cannot access neither to open a support case, can you provide any help, please?

I see the same issue. Ā I can't get to My Account to change the selection to the previous version. And I also can't get to where you submit a support ticket. I am totally stuck and unable to work.
I have noticed that this rollout has been a bit bumpy. Ā If you need any help, please feel free to reach out.

Hi,
It is working in Firefox and Edge. Ā Only seems to be hanging in Chrome. Ā I see that the loading message is different when it works. Ā The only thing that I have found so far that I am not able to do now is clone a project.

Doing a complete clear of the browser's cache and cookies seemed to have fixed it for me.

I have not been able to reproduce the issue since 9 am EST, and some of the members that have reported the issue have replied saying that it has been solved. Are you still experiencing it?

ļ»æ - What is your browser?
ļ»æ - Could you please confirm you've got 3rd party cookies enabled?
ļ»æ - What is your internet connection, do you connect through a VPN?
ļ»æ - Can you please open the Google Console (Ctrl Shift I) and share if there are any errors in the logs?
If you could add screen pictures or a short video, it would also be helpful.
