Hi, I've been testing with 3.0 and I like a lot of the features, however, here are 2 issues that I found:;
Will QuantConnect be able to fix number 1 and will there be an API search bar in 3.0 like what we had in the original coding environment?

Hi Li,
You can ignore the “# region imports” and “# endregion”. Those are specific to VSCode and tell it where in the code are the imports so it can manage them.
“from AlgorithmImports import *” imports all necessary modules for LEAN and auto-complete to work in Python.

Today 3.0 is not loading for me either, had to switch back to 2.
I'm enjoying 3.0 a lot. However one issue I'm facing is my lab environment keeps shutting down when I'm away. Is the intended behavior for it to keep running in the cloud and you can access it from the sidebar? I get “permanently disconnected” and then it's gone and I have to set everything up again. Not sure it was like this at launch, assumed the service, being a beta, was just being shut down nightly for updates, but it's been going on for a while now.
With 2.0 I was able to leave it open for days without issues.

3.0 wouldn't load for me today either. Must be a significant outage.

Hi,
I am closing this thread because the issue has been solved. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Since the new coding environment has more features, it takes more time to load in comparison with the previous one. We will be working on optimizing it to make it faster in our constant effort to improve user experience.
The API tab was a workaround in the previous version since code completion didn't work as well as it does with the VS Code backend.
