Hi,
From the comments here https://www.quantconnect.com/forum/discussion/5603/new-algorithm-creator/p1/comment-32122, we should be able to use strategy builder as a replacement for the New Algorithm framework. It appears that this configuration (to toggle strategy builder by default) should be available on the settings page. However, I don't see this option on my Settings page. Does it need to be additionally purchased? Is it only available in certain tiers?

We have temporarily removed this feature, and converted all strategy builder users and projects into normal projects. This feature may come back in the future in the form of a market of framework models.
