Based on the information provided in the extracts, the Local Platform of QuantConnect requires a Mac hardware from 2010 or newer with an Intel processor. It does not specifically mention support for the M3 Pro chip. Therefore, it's not clear if the Local Platform would work on a MacBook with an M3 Pro chip.
