To do this, you need to visit the support tab and provide a message describing the issue you are facing. You should also attach the relevant project, such as a backtest or live deployment, to help the support team understand the problem better. You are required to grant permission for your project to be reviewed. Once the request is submitted, the support team will respond as soon as possible [^1^].
Additionally, the community is a great resource for support for developing algorithms. However, for more personalized assistance and privacy, you can submit support tickets to request assistance from a QuantConnect engineer. Premium support allows you to share your algorithms with IP protection and enables the Support Team to address issues with live algorithms [^2^].
