It's asking me to purchase a node, and I have had this happen a few times. What am I doing wrong?

Subject: Ongoing Issue: Live Node Not Communicating with IBKR or Running Properly
Message:
Dear QuantConnect Support,
I’m reaching out again after two days of attempting to resolve a persistent issue with my account. Despite having purchased a live trading node (L-MICRO) and setting up my IBKR credentials correctly, I’m unable to connect my QuantConnect account to IBKR for live trading. The platform continues to prompt me to "Purchase Node," even though a live node is already provisioned and visible in my Resources tab.
I’ve followed all documentation, verified billing, and ensured the node is set up in New York (NY7), but live deployment is still blocked. I’ve sent two previous support requests without response, and I’m now considering whether closing and reopening the account is necessary to reset the configuration.
At this point, I need direct assistance to:
Confirm that my live node is properly activated and available for use.
Ensure that my IBKR account is correctly linked and authorized.
Understand why live trading is not functioning, despite what appears to be a complete setup.
I have attached multiple screenshots in previous messages, showing the billing, resource setup, and deployment screens for clarity.
I would greatly appreciate help in resolving this so I can begin live trading. Please advise on the next steps or escalate this request if needed.
