Hi QC Team,

I’m on the Community tier with 1 Backtest node (B-MICRO) and 1 Research node (R-MICRO) active.
Backtests work, but the Research IDE instantly fails with:

“No Coding Session Available – error retrieving your session information.”

Retry button fails instantly (no loading or timeout).

Tried:
- different browser and device
- different network
- cleared cache/cookies
- confirmed no active research sessions

Seems to be affecting several users, so likely a backend issue. Please reset/refresh the research session allocation or confirm the known outage.
