Hi All,
If I run a backtest, then while it is running, change my code and run a second backtest... how do I access & view the code from the first backtest? Is it stored anywhere?

I'd like to know this too. Is there any version control (or basic visabilty) in the web IDE? Lack of visability into previous backtest code, or even any way to name previous backtests, seems to make saving backtests almost useless.

Hi Dan &Mark, all the backtests are stored in the results in the upper right corner. By clicking the "pencil" icon on the left of each backtest, you can rename it, leave a note or clone the backtest.

Ah, see the little 'pencil' icon now. A little tedious to clone an algorithm to just see the code, however re-naming and adding a note is a big help.

Agreed - all I want to do is view the code and observe the difference in code, between a previous backtest and my current one. Both are for the same strategy - so really the strategy name is the same - having to clone and rename every time I want to view the code is a tedious way of managing the build process. Would be a big help to have access to the code near that little pencil icon!

The way I do this is making a forum post I don't send and attaching the backtest I want to see. Also a little tedious but at least you don't have to clone the algorithm.
