Can you retrieve a deleted file?

I accidentally deleted a wrong file in a browser IDE, is there a way to retrieve it?
Update Backtest

Hey Robert, no worries. You can clone the most recent backtest if you have one which will pull up the file from that point in time. The clone-backtest menu is hidden normally -- to see it click the edit pencil when you hover on a backtest result in top-right menu.

If you don't have a backtest we can try and manually retrieve it with the project id and file name.

Unfortunately the file in a cloned backtest project is still missing :(
Original project id: 72824, file name Main.cs. You would really save the day if you guys managed to retrieve it!

Hi Jared, Im having the same problem. I accidentally deleted the file when I was deleting a backtest so there is no backtest to clone. Can you do the same for me? If so, where do I find the project id?

Hi Jared,

I wish I knew this before!

So when you run a backtest, in addition to the binary (compiled) resources, a copy of the source will be attached to it as well?

0

@Patrick yes each backtest is tagged with a version of your code so you can go back and see the backtest which caused it.
