Alternatively, how do you access the csv files found in the "QuantConnect Data Explorer" ?

Hi Hanchul,
You can access the option trade data by using slice.Bars to get the full set of TradeBars at any given time of slice. You can find an algorithm example of how to access it here.
For the files in Data Explorer, you can add the data you need to the Cart. At this time, only FXCM and Oanda can be downloaded, but some files of the other types can be visualized. To see the details of what kind of data we provide for downloading, please take a look here.
