The probability of an option expiring in the money is approximately the delta of the contract. You can learn more about greeks in the tutorial on options. You can access the greeks of a contract using
contract.Greeks.Delta, contract.Greeks.Gamma, contract.Greeks.Vega, contract.Greeks.Rho, contract.Greeks.ThetaI've attached a template which demonstrates how to access and use greeks.
