Share New Research 
WeekStart() for forex symbols returns Tuesday (New York time) it should return Sunday 8 NZ opens at on Sunday at 17:00 NY time. I tried it with a couple of different Symbols. I did not try any non Forex symbols Any suggestion for a work around?.

I was able to reproduce this issue: check #4664 for updates.
In the meantime, you can schedule the event time manually for Sunday:
