HELP!!

 

Could anyone help write this simple strategy in python and C # ?. It's a strategy on the S & p500. Entry Input: After 3 red candles (always bearish), buy at the close of the third bar with 0.5% take profit. Exit instruction: close trades after 7 candles. Daily time frame. Size for each $ 1000 trade. I thank in advance whoever wanted to help me
