I am connecting to IB to do live trading. I received this error:

Runtime Error: No security definition has been found for the request. Origin: IBPlaceOrder: GARS (STK GARS USD Smart)I search from forum and find a similar thread. I search from database and find the security. It seems this is another issue? I would like to ask what is the problem. Thanks

This is because GARS was merged into PTMN on Oct 28, 2020. Refer to this PR.

A further question. I am using
self.SetHoldings()to set the orders. I would like to ask how to prevent the algorithm stopped when the similar issue happens again? Is it just add the try: except: ?
