How does one use Notebook (in Py) to view the current list of stocks in the Liquid Universe?

Hi Joe S,
At the moment, we can store the Universe tickers to the ObjectStore. Note we cast the bytes to convert it from C# Bytes to python bytes. See the attached notebook for reference.
Furthermore, we plan to support universe selection queries in the notebook.
