Something apparent from our week in NYC is a need to build the values of an organization into its every action from day-0.  Integrity is so important in the modern world.

QuantConnect is seeking to shine light onto an unknown financial sector, automated algorithmic trading. We want to empower people to compete on a level playing field using the same powerful tools as billion dollar institutions. Its a very exciting possibility but also requires a very solid foundation.

As such we’re going to constantly pursue traits of integrity, transparency and collaboration in our design and implementation of QuantConnect. Recently we attended TEDxWallStreet and met incredible people from all aspects of finance. It was a truly inspiring event and we will absorb these lessons into the company going forward.
