It is not possible to send POST requests through Quantconnect. That makes problems for me too, but there are security issues with POST requests (for example you can send data through POST request).
You can send POST requests inside Lean, but that would probably make some other problems. First, you have to have you own data. Second, if you go with IB in live trading, you have to open separate accounts for every strategy because Lean allow only sessions with API client id 0.
