Your submitted liquidation order on 2/2/2007 is executed at 5/2/2007 9:31am. The quote bar at the time shown some extreme bid price, so it was selled in near 0 price. Your portfolio balance would probably under zero at that time as margin, so 100% of your total portfolio value might be negative to cause selling 7 shares. My suggestion will be using SpreadExecutionModel() to avoid extreme spread at market open/close in illquid stocks.
Anyway that would be a bug, when the portfolio value is lower than 0, all exisitng orders should be cancelled.

I attached a backtest here, usually we will liquidate the stock few minutes earlier than market close to allow it to exexcute.
