Hi,
Is there any chance for Pandas library to be updated to a 1.0+ version anytime soon? I have stumbled recently in a couple of limitations due to the version and I was wondering if that's in the roadmap.

Hi Francesco,
We cannot Update the panda's library without breaking the existing algorithms as it is not backward compatible with other libraries.
We are planning to enable different environments so as to support both versions. Subscribe to the following GH issue for updates:https://github.com/QuantConnect/Lean/pull/5768

ETA for Environments is Q2 2022 / in the next 3 months. This feature future proofs QC to all-new package updates in the future and allows semi-customized environment configurations (e.g. choose 1 of 10 pre-built setups).
