E-mail Subject

Hello,

I am wondering if there is a way to have the E-mail notification send without adding "Live Trading Notification: " to the subject.  For example, if I put in that the subject is "My Subject" in the code, it actually sends as "Live Trading Notifaction: My Subject".

Thats a good idea and simple to implement. Please create a github issue here: https://github.com/QuantConnect/Lean/issues and one of the community would be happy to help.
