What tier do I need to be to be able to download the US Equity Security Master data? I have downloaded parts of it before and paid some QCC for it but I forgot how it works, whether I have to be actively subscribed? Can I actually download the data or can I only use it in the cloud? Thank you.

To download the US Equity Security Master data, you need to subscribe to the US Equity Security Master by QuantConnect data package. You can do this by opening the Pricing page of your organization and subscribing to the relevant data package. Please note that you need billing permissions to change the organization's subscriptions.
Once you have subscribed, you can download the data using the LEAN CLI. Open a terminal in your organization workspace and run the following command:
This will start the download of the US Equity Security Master data. Please note that many datasets depend on the US Equity Security Master dataset because it contains information on splits, dividends, and symbol changes. If you try to download a dataset through the CLI that depends on the US Equity Security Master and you don't have an active subscription to it, you'll get an error.
The data is designed to be used in the LEAN Engine and cannot be consumed another way. The data is delivered as a daily updated zip archive of map and factor files. After downloading, LEAN automatically handles all corporate actions and passes them into your algorithm as events.
