Hi,
I cannot download backtest logs from the QC web IDE. The logs exist and can be viewed, but clicking “Download” gives:
{"errors":["(0) The API token hash is not valid. This could be due to an old hash, invalid API token, or an invalid timestamp."],"errorCode":10002,"success":false}
I have tried:
- Logging out and back in
- Stopping all active coding environments
- Regenerating the API token
Nothing solved the issue. Please advise how I can download my logs.
Thanks!
Mia Alissi

I'm experiencing the same issue and have tried extensive troubleshooting:
I have also attempted numerous solutions with no success:
None of these approaches resolved the issue.
More importantly, this backtest download problem is not limited to a single project - all projects, both old and new, are unable to download backtest logs. This appears to be a system-wide issue affecting our entire organization.
Has anyone found a working solution, or is this a known platform-wide bug that QuantConnect is addressing?

It's been like this for me the past few days too. Don't know if this applies to most of us tho.

Just wanted to follow up and confirm that the download error has been fixed! The API token hash validation issue that was preventing file downloads from the research results page appears to have been resolved on the platform side after approximately 30 hours. Thanks to the QuantConnect team for the quick fix, and thanks to everyone who offered suggestions. For anyone else who encountered this error (code 10002), it seems to have been a temporary platform issue rather than a user configuration problem. Appreciate the support from this community! 🙏
