I am new to this website but am looking to hire some help. I have been trading for a long time and have no coding experience. I am looking to scan for 2 technical conditions on a weekly chart, 1 fundamental condition (PE ratio value). Entry will be based on daily chart price condition. Exit will be a certain loss criteria. vise versa for profits. please let me know how i can go about this and if you are willing to help and what it would cost...etc
