New Math Library - Accord / AForge

We've added a few new math libraries to the references available for your strategy - the complete list is now:
MathNet - Numerics and Filtering Libraries - http://www.mathdotnet.com
AlgoLib.Net - http://www.alglib.net
Newtonsoft - Json Encoding / Decoding - http://james.newtonking.com/json
Accord - Math, Machine Leaning and Neuro Libraries - https://code.google.com/p/accord
AForge - Math, Neuro and Genetic Libraries - https://code.google.com/p/aforge

RDotNet is too unstable to include at this time but I've reached out to the authors and hope they'll resolve it soon.
