I'm Eriz, new in this enviroment. Thank for "making easier" the path to the quants. 

Me and my team have been doing some test and we came up with the image I attached you. 

The thing is that, as our understanding of the performance metrics (maybe we miss something, please correct us), we are not getting round numbers.

When we take the equity difference (91,727.32 $) and when we sum the Net profit (87,365.43$) plus the Unrealized one and substract the fees, the difference with the equity amount is 4.94$. ¿Could be that we are not considering the fees of Realizing the open position and, that those 4.94 are assigned to that cost? 

Please, correct us in our surely misunderstanding of some concept.
